We process names, email addresses, and phone numbers to communicate with you in order to fulfill contractual obligations and respond to requests/messages sent through the website.
All such data will be kept for the duration required by financial, accounting, and tax legislation, but not longer than five years.
We do not use personal data for automated processing or profiling. We never make automated decisions about you. We use technical means to securely store the data. We do not process data for secondary purposes incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected.

If we share your data with courier companies or other partners and you request its deletion, we will take all reasonable measures to inform the partners who process the data that you have requested the deletion of any links to that data or any copies or reproductions of that personal data.
Data will not be deleted if:

For reasons of public interest in the field of public health;

If data processing is restricted in the above cases, such personal data, except for storage, may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for important reasons of public interest of the European Union or Romania.
If you have obtained the restriction of processing your personal data, we will inform you before the restriction is lifted.
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us, and where technically feasible, to have the data transmitted directly from us to another controller. Exercising this right does not affect your right to have your data deleted.
Any customer also has the right to object, free of charge and without justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise all the aforementioned rights, you may submit a written request at our office at office 1004 – DM-08-424 Fahdi Heights, Al Hamriya, Dubai, UAE. You also have the right to take legal action.
Your data will not be transferred to another country.
By completing the data in the message submission forms, you, the user/customer, expressly declare and accept that your personal data will be included in the https://access-power.ae/ database and give your explicit and unequivocal consent for all such personal data to be stored, used, and processed for the execution of placed orders or for responding to messages and requests sent.
The buyer’s personal information may also be provided to the Prosecutor’s Office, Police, courts, and other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.
You have the right to access, intervene, rectify, and port the data you provide us, limit the processing we carry out, and even request the deletion of data. Please note that intervening in the data you have provided may prevent the execution of the contract concluded between you and us. In this case, we will be exempt from liability. If you are dissatisfied, you have the right to submit a complaint against us to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing, as well as to the competent courts.
